Signs of Child Abuse and Neglect
Signs of child abuse and neglect can include unexplained injuries, sudden changes in behavior or academic performance, lack of appropriate supervision, signs of malnutrition, and withdrawal or fear of certain adults. Additionally, children may show emotional distress, such as anxiety, depression, or aggression.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, don’t hesitate to dial 911 for assistance. Hope Reins Ranch
Since 2010, Hope Reins has helped over 2,000 kids in life crisis from 16 eastern North Carolina counties through its 38-acre ranch. Services are free of charge and made possible by you and other generous donors.
Children's Advocacy Centers of NC
There are 55 child advocacy centers across North Carolina, with specially trained forensic interviewers, victim advocates, therapists, and rostered medical providers available to serve children and non-offending caregivers in a comfortable, child-focused setting.
Cameron Boys Camp
Cameron Boys Camp is a residential wilderness camp designed to provide boys and their families an opportunity to work out problems through a highly-structured outdoor program and accredited, non-public school.
